About Us
Overall Goal
To facilitate the capacity of the community to better identify
and implement appropriate and effective services, supports
and learning opportunities for all children 0 - 6 that contribute
to healthy children and families.
Long Term Goals
To increase Community Capacity so that communities
come together, partnerships develop and we learn how to work
together collaboratively to enhance opportunities for children
and families.
To increased effectiveness - By coming together,
community partners learn how to work more effectively with
their collective resources to enhance opportunities for children
and families.
To engage 'Less Visible' Families - so that
all families in the Boundary have access to necessary supports
and services.
To explore new opportunities and approaches for early
identification, including preconception, universal
newborn and toddler screening and using strength-based approaches.
To improve Outcomes for Children & Families in
our communities by focusing on Early Childhood Development
programs and opportunities.
